The Kid Friendly Murder Mystery Party with Special Guest: Tom Phillips

There has been a Murder!

Well, not yet, but there will be on November 11 at 1pm with special guest, Tom Phillips (don't worry, it's not his murder)! Tom Phillips is the author of the mystery series, A Curious League of Detectives and Thieves, perfect for children and adults who wish Lemony Snicket and Sherlock Holmes had been able to write a book together (thank goodness for Tom). 

This party is great for ages 8 and up, especially those curious about a career in sleuthing. The S.O.S needs your help for there is a mystery afoot, (no, not on your foot) and we can't let the murderer get away!

The event is free, but please RSVP! Detective costumes encouraged, but not required!

Who is Tom Phillips:

Despite a lifelong struggle with dyslexia, Tom Phillips grew up with a passion for storytelling. He writes books that kids can enjoy on their own, but also read aloud and share, including the first book in the Curious League series, Egypt’s Fire. He’s had a long career as a writer and artist for clients such as LeVar Burton Kids, HBO, Disney, and ABC. An armchair Sherlockian, Tom lives in Los Angeles with his lovely wife and his dog, Dr. Watson.
